 A Taste of Hangi  is the new innovative product which gives the distinct and authentic flavour of the traditional underground Maori  hangi meal. 

ADD 30mls to the bottom of your oven roasting dish.  Layer your food on the grill plate of your roasting dish.  Cover entirely with tinfoil.  Bake in your oven. 

OR pour 75mls into a small stainless steel bowl.  Add 2 litres of water to the bowl.  Place the bowl in the bottom of a commercial steamer or hangi keg.  Place your food baskets of hangi  food and then cook 2-3hours, slowly.
